Key responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate monthly payroll processing and bank submissions.
• Manage CPF contributions and other payroll-related statutory requirements.
• Administer salary increments, adjustments and changes to salary packages.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee claims and benefits, including medical, insurance and staff welfare.
• Administer incentives, allowances and reward programmes.
• Coordinate mid-year and year-end performance appraisal cycles.
• Support managers in the performance evaluation process and administration of performance-related rewards.
• Manage employee movements, including confirmation, promotion, transfer and resignation.
• Manage IR21, IR8A, CPF and other statutory requirements.
• Handle NS matters and government-related salary and leave claims.
• Support workplace safety and health-related HR matters.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HR experience, experience in the F&B industry would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS/payroll systems, such as Infotech, with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Meticulous, independent and organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
