Be the welcoming face of a professional corporate environment!

We’re looking for a polished, organised and service-oriented Receptionist / Front Desk to provide a warm and professional first point of contact while supporting day-to-day administrative and operational needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage front desk operations and provide professional assistance to visitors, staff and external partners.

• Handle general administrative and operational support for departments and management.

• Coordinate meeting room bookings, mailroom activities, courier arrangements and other workplace services.

• Maintain accurate records for bookings, expenses, cheques and related reports.

• Respond to enquiries professionally and ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Build positive working relationships with colleagues, visitors, vendors and courier partners.

• Ensure consistent front desk coverage through excellent punctuality and attendance.

• Represent the organisation professionally through a polished and service-focused approach.

• Support other administrative or ad-hoc duties as required.
