Objective:

• Drive digital initiatives and technology solutions that support the Agency and Financial Advisory distribution channels.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver enhancements to internal tools and applications, improve user experience, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support digital transformation initiatives and enhancement projects across the distribution business.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new capabilities and system improvements.
• Manage project activities including planning, coordination, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of digital solutions.
• Conduct user engagement sessions, training, and feedback collection to support the adoption of new tools and enhancements.
• Coordinate ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and governance activities for internal applications.
• Monitor project timelines, issues, risks, and dependencies, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support vendor management, budget tracking, and administrative activities where required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project management, business analysis, digital enablement, or technology delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience within the insurance or financial services industry would be advantageous.
