About us

Espace (Espace Up Sdn Bhd) handles company incorporation, company secretarial, accounting, and tax for more than 2,000 businesses. Our digital platform tracks each client's filings and deadlines, and our licensed professionals review every filing before it's submitted. We serve clients across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.


About the role

As our busiest season approaches, we're looking for someone to support our account management team. You'll work with a portfolio of client companies, helping them stay compliant and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also learn first-hand how companies are set up and run in Malaysia.


What you'll do

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting new company incorporations: collecting and checking client documents (IC/passport copies, director and shareholder details, proposed company names), preparing forms, and tracking each case until the company is registered
  • Responding to client queries by email, phone, and WhatsApp, and following up on outstanding items
  • Assisting with the preparation of compliance paperwork, including drafting board resolutions, updating statutory registers, and preparing annual return documents for review by our licensed company secretaries
  • Keeping client trackers up to date and reminding clients of upcoming SSM and tax deadlines
  • Sending documents out for e-signing, following up on returns, and filing everything correctly on our platform
  • Keeping client records accurate and up to date in our system
  • Supporting the team with renewals, client onboarding calls, and ad-hoc year-end projects


What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in business, finance, administration, or a related field.
  • High degree of self-initiative, proactive, and self-driven to drive results 
  • Highly collaborative with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
