About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Assurance Manager to design, execute, and scale our compliance testing and assurance framework tailored to Singapore’s regulatory environment. You will work closely with local business leads and regional compliance partners to ensure our operational and risk controls remain robust, proactive, and compliant with MAS standards.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the design and implementation of the compliance testing and assurance programme, tailored to Singapore’s regulatory landscape, including the Payment Services Act (PSA), Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and relevant MAS Guidelines and Notices.
• Completing assurance reviews and testing activities covering core areas such as AML/CFT, consumer protection, technology risk management (TRM), outsourcing, privacy/PDPA and fair dealing, leveraging skills in advanced data analytics.
• Contributing to compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to local regulatory requirements and global Revolut standards.
• Executing project plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings, including process updates, documentation, policy enhancements and/or staff training.
• Driving execution of multiple concurrent reviews, local or multi-jurisdictional across APAC, including subsequent senior management and committee reporting on outcomes and findings.
• Challenging colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and operational processes.
• Using data analytics to interrogate systems, identifying actionable insights that result in material enhancements to the control environment.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of professional experience within a licensed financial institution, fintech, consultancy, or regulatory body (e.g., MAS).
• 2+ years of direct experience in compliance testing, quality assurance, or internal/external audit focusing on financial services risk and compliance domains.
• Solid understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape, including MAS regulations (Payment Services Act, Notices on Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism, TRM and Fair Dealing Guidelines).
• Experience interrogating large data sets to identify actionable insights
