Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting business leaders and driving impactful projects? We are looking for an Executive & Marketing Assistant for a global MedTech company to provide executive support to senior leaders while assisting with marketing operations across the APAC region.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain regional exposure in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You'll Do

Executive Support

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense claims for senior leaders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and special projects.
• Provide administrative support to the commercial team.
  
  

Office & Business Operations

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate office administration, company assets, and vendor payments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  
  

Marketing Operations Support

• Assist with marketing administration and project coordination.
• Support lead management and marketing data updates.
• Maintain marketing documentation and SharePoint resources.
• Assist with the execution of marketing events and campaigns across APAC.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting marketing activities or events will be advantageous.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
