Operations Administrator

We’re looking for an organised, responsible and detail-oriented person to join our team and help keep the administrative side of our business running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and organising invoices, receipts and other documents
• Handling filing, scanning, printing and general paperwork
• Keeping company records and documents properly organised
• Updating simple spreadsheets and administrative records
• Assisting with basic payment and invoice tracking
• Preparing documents when needed
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Making sure paperwork is completed, filed and easy to retrieve
• Helping with other general office matters when required

We’d love someone who is:

• Organised and pays attention to details
• Comfortable using a computer, email, Excel/Google Sheets and basic office applications
• Responsible and able to complete tasks independently
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Good at keeping things tidy and organised
• Friendly and easy to work with

Experience is a plus, but what matters most to us is having the right attitude, being responsible and being willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
