Looking for a people-facing role where you can build practical skills and work towards greater responsibility?

Royal Organisation is expanding our Sales & Marketing team. We’re looking for motivated individuals to grow our clients’ brand presence and customer base through face-to-face sales, event campaigns and on-ground outreach across Singapore.

This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, learns through hands-on experience and wants opportunities to develop into leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent clients across commercial brands and charity campaigns.
• Engage potential customers at event sites and outdoor campaign locations.
• Explain products, services and campaign messages clearly.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver campaigns professionally.
• Develop the skills to support and coach newcomers as you progress.
