Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 2 Vacancies

1. Partner Relationship Management & Engagement

- Act as the dedicated Business Development Manager for assigned IUTA and CUTA partners.

- Pitch new products for onboarding and present campaign opportunities to assigned distributors.

- Execute visitation schedules, briefings, and engagement plans as directed.

- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and follow-ups for partner engagements.

2. Campaign Management & Marketing

- Manage end-to-end partner campaigns, from initial ideation and execution through to fulfillment, including tracking campaign data and analytics for assigned accounts (excluding Group-wide campaigns).

- Support coordination of marketing activities, briefings, and engagement materials.

- Assist in adapting approved materials for partner use and coordinate with support functions to ensure timely delivery.

3. Enquiry Handling & Operations

- Act as the first point of contact to resolve routine operational and coordination matters promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of engagements and follow-ups, and provide internal updates on engagement status.

- Escalate commercial, complex, or governance-related matters to the appropriate parties to maintain consistent response standards.

Ad-Hoc / As-Needed Responsibilities

4. Partner Onboarding, Due Diligence & Agreements

- Drive the onboarding process for new partners, fulfilling all distribution agreements and onboarding requirements.

- Manage periodic incoming and outgoing due diligence processes with IUTA partners.

- Review and update existing distribution agreements as necessary.

5. Marketing Collateral Development

- Develop presentation decks and marketing collaterals as needed for specific partner

pitches and engagements.

Requirements

- Nationality: Malaysian citizen.

- Age: 25 - 40 years old.

- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

- Experience: Previous experience working within the financial industry will be considered an added advantage.

Certifications: Candidates who have passed the FIMM FCE/CUTE examination are

preferred.
