Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Department

• Process customers’ bookings through emails.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and request.

• Advise sailing schedule to customer.

• Update of SOC rates into the in-house booking system.

• Create SOC TS DG items application.

• Release of DG stickers.
  

Container Management Department

• Monitor the container inventory to ensure sufficient containers to meet sales demand.

• Submission of waiver (Detention charges, damage charges or any charges related to equipment).

• Ensure the valid detention charges, damage charges or others relevant charges are collected from shipper/consignee.

• Ensure the data are EDI & update correctly and timely in DCS.

• Arrange trucking service for empty repo, on/offhire with trucking company.

• Report preparation for trucking, empty repositioning, costing, on/off hire and free use.

• Report preparation such as daily inventory report, long stay container in depot.
  

Requirements:

• Equipped with good numeracy skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

• Meticulous with details, possesses positive learning attitude and able to cope with fast pace working environment

• Proficient in MS Words & Excel
