Key Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition

Acquire new F&B customers, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, food court and hawker stalls, central kitchens, and catering companies, and achieve your individual sales and acquisition targets.

Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals and industry events. Learn each customer's menu, purchasing categories, volumes and current suppliers, and recommend suitable products and pricing.

Get customers to download and register on the Foodmax app, support their first order, and train them to order on their own.

Account Management & Growth

Build long-term relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins, and increase their repeat orders and ordering frequency.
