Job description

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience recruiting within the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify, engage, and hire quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer management and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring trends to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as required.

Required skills

• 3-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for roles within the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing methodologies.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
