Job Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring material requirements to ensure sufficient materials are available for daily production or operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and follow up on material shortages, pending deliveries, and outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and relevant parties to ensure timely material availability.
• Update and maintain material planning records, inventory reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and monitoring delivery schedules.
• Ensure material requirements are aligned with demand and operational schedules.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks related to material planning.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Normal working hours

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,450.00 per month
