We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an
Events Assistant
on a part-time basis.
This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in event planning, coordination and execution within a professional working environment. You will be involved in supporting various events and business activities while developing your communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating events and business activities.
Support event logistics, scheduling and operational arrangements.
Coordinate with venues, vendors and external parties when required.
Assist with event promotions, registrations and attendee engagement.
Support on-site event operations to ensure activities run smoothly.
Contribute ideas to improve event experiences and engagement.
Assist with reviewing event outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are motivated, responsible and willing to learn. Suitable candidates should have good organisational and communication skills, be able to work well with others, and demonstrate initiative when handling tasks. The ability to adapt to changing situations, solve problems and manage responsibilities independently will be an advantage.
