Tanggungjawab

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee franchise business development and operations.
  • Identify and recruit potential franchise partners.
  • Develop strategies to expand the franchise network.
  • Provide guidance and operational support to franchisees.
  • Monitor franchise performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage franchise documentation, agreements and administrative matters.
  • Prepare reports and recommend strategies to improve business performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in franchise management, franchise development or franchise operations.
  • Good understanding of franchise business systems and operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • Able to work independently and travel when required.
  • Experience in retail, printing or service-related businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
