Gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of a growing Malaysian e-commerce and production business. As a Business Operations Intern, you'll support different areas of the business and learn how our teams work together to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Support: Assist our E-Commerce Executive with online order processing, fulfillment, and day-to-day operational tasks
• Customer Service: Support our Customer Service Executive with customer enquiries, order updates, and after-sales coordination
• Logistics: Help arrange deliveries, shipments, and stock transfers between locations.
• Warehouse Operations: Support inventory checks, stock organization, packing, and general warehouse coordination
• General Business Support: Assist with administrative and operational tasks across departments as needed

Requirements

• Open to Diploma or Degree students from all fields of study
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to learn and assist with both administrative and hands-on operational tasks
• Able to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities
