Kerja Sepenuh Masa Supervisor (Production Department), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di BINA PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities and Accountablities: -

• To carry out daily monitoring on work arrangements & daily schedule adherence in production department.
• To verify & approve daily output record, daily reject record & daily Finished goods to warehouse record before handing it over to leader to be submitted to production administrative for daily update in the production report.
• Verify and approve daily material requisition & ensure sufficient stock of Raw Materials / packing consumables according to the daily schedule provided by the management.
• Contribute to the improvement of health and safety programmes and procedures and ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standards. Adhere to the company rules & regulations.
• Liaise with executive, manager & QAQC department in terms of Customer Complaint review and close the related customer complaint report.
• To conduct daily Tool Box briefing with production staff as a reminder of company rules, regulations, goal, target & mission.
• Perform internal training to further control, coach and develop a performing manufacturing team which will reflect to added value in continuous improvement.
• Liaise with Manager on man power requisition, time management of the employees & monthly work schedule.
• To perform improvements on equipment efficiencies as to maximize the output for schedule adherence.
• Technical assistance with start-up of extrusion lines and troubleshooting problems
• To ensure the tooling (moulds) are well maintained, issue maintenance request and repair if necessary.
• Verify & approve on machine parameter guidelines, daily production report & daily rejection.
• To assist Executive or Manager in the absence, leave or other matters related to absenties nor not available within vicinity of the factory.
• To carry Ad-Hoc assignment or other responsibilities from time to time assigned by the superior.

Academic Qualification: -

• SPM (min requirements) / STPM Holders
• A strong technical background with plastic conversion experience in PVC, PE or PP advantageous
• Experinces more than 2 years in manufacturing and production planning control.
• Proficient in quality management system such as ISO 9001 or other quality management system.
• Demonstrated experience using computer systems, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills

Requirements: -

• Ability to operate the extrusion lines & perform advance troubleshooting
• Well versed in extrusion plastic processing
• Well versed in machine characteristics & able to maximise machine capacity with minimal scrap
• Able to advise & coach technicians on machine / product adjustments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
