We are seeking a organised and personable Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring activities in Singapore. You will manage the end-to-end logistics of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. Job Description
Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communications and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
Draft and post job advertisements across relevant channels, and screen applications against role criteria in line with TAFEP guidelines.
Support pre-employment processes, including reference checks, offer documentation and onboarding preparation.
Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to track recruitment metrics and improve the candidate experience.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or job portals.
Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and the Fair Consideration Framework is advantageous.
