Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets.
• Ensure production processes comply with GMP, SOP and company standard.
• Work closely with Quality and Technician to resolve production issues, machine breakdowns and quality-related problems.
• Assist in training, supervising and evaluating operators to ensure skill competencies are met.
• Prepare monthly production reports.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as informed by superior/management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Operation Management or any relevant field.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in operational role or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
