1. Experience: 3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience (prior experience in F&B, hospitality, FMCG, or retail marketing is highly preferred).

2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating food/beverage collateral, menu layout design, packaging execution, and eye-catching retail graphics.

3. Software Proficiency:

   • Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

4. Technical Skills:

   • Strong typography, photo manipulation/retouching skills (making food look fresh and appealing), and layout composition.

   • Solid understanding of print production processes, paper stocks, and pre-press prep for packaging.

5. Work Style: High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle quick turnarounds for fast-moving retail promotions.

1. F&B Campaign & Digital Design

• Promotional Campaigns: Conceptualize and produce visual assets for seasonal F&B activations, new product launches, holiday specials, and promotional bundles.

• Digital & Social Media: Create engaging graphics, animated GIFs, and visual content for social media channels, delivery platform banners (e.g., GrabFood, ShopeeFood), e-newsletters, and digital ads.

2. Retail & In-Store Visual Collaterals

• In-Store Touchpoints: Design and update dine-in menus, takeaway menus, table tent cards, promotional posters, window decals, floor stands, and point-of-sale (POS) displays.

• Packaging & Labels: Prepare accurate artwork files and packaging layouts for food packaging, retail product labels, box sleeves, bags, and promotional sticker labels.

3. Pre-Press & Production Management

• Technical Printing Specs: Prepare error-free, print-ready files (CMYK colour management, die-lines, bleeds, margins, and spot UV/foil specs) for print production.

• Vendor Coordination: Interface directly with external printing vendors, packaging suppliers, and sign makers to inspect proofs, verify colour accuracy, and ensure quality output.

• Asset Archiving: Maintain structured design libraries, cataloguing raw food photography, vector logos, master menu templates, and approved printing die-lines.

• Salary: RM3500 - RM4000 per month
