About the Role

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Executive/Senior Executive to lead the content creation for OWNDAYS Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who loves shooting and editing content, has sharp copywriting instincts, and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead to shape our content strategy and bring campaigns to life across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content

• Write clear, engaging copy for social media and CRM campaigns.
• Design visually compelling static assets aligned with brand identity and own end-to-end video production: concept, storyboard, script, film, edit, and deliver final cuts.
• Partner the Marketing Lead to shape OWNDAYS Singapore's content strategy, ensuring consistency across all projects
• Develop creative briefs that clearly define the idea, audience insight, and execution intent.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative ideas and narratives aligned with campaign goals and brand strategy.
• Work with content creators, agencies, and the creative team to produce content that reinforces key brand messages.
• Build clear, persuasive creative decks and presentations for stakeholders.
• Independently manage content creation from ideation through production and post-production.
• Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity, turning insights into fresh content ideas.
• Support driving brand identity and creative output across channels (advertising, digital, social, CRM), with a primary focus on social media.

What We're Looking For

• Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats and tones.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), with solid skills in graphic design, typography, art direction, and motion.
• Strong grasp of digital asset production and post-production workflows, including technical specs across formats (video, email templates, etc.) and quality standards.
• A sharp creative eye with strong storytelling instincts, refined aesthetic sensibility, and a distinct point of view.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera and appearing in content when needed.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and external agencies.
• Positive, collaborative, and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Able to work creatively within brand, stakeholder, and production constraints.
