• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing equipment, and coordinating production workflows.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Camera Operation skills, with experience in using various Camera types and Shooting Video in different environments.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Lighting for video, including setting up and adjusting lights to achieve consistent and professional results.
• Relevant experience in digital or social media video content creation, including short-form and marketing-focused videos.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of composition and framing.
• Reliable internet connectivity, ability to work remotely, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Prior freelance or agency experience and a portfolio showcasing video work for brands or social media is preferred.
