This role also focuses on improving customer experience through reliable service operations, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Director of Operations is expected to provide clear guidance, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and support change management for new systems and processes.

• Relevant experience in technology, financial services, asset management, or credit industries is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
