Job Responsibilities

• Lead the market development and business expansion for Singapore and Malaysia.

• Develop and execute market entry strategies to establish the company’s presence and grow its market share.

• Identify and develop offline sales channels, including distributors, retailers, pharmacies, health & wellness stores, mother & baby channels and other relevant partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts and strategic business partners.

• Leverage existing industry connections and market resources to penetrate the Singapore and Malaysia markets.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company’s distribution network.

• Lead commercial discussions, business negotiations and partnership development.

• Conduct market research to understand local market trends, competitors and consumer needs.

• Work closely with HQ and relevant teams to develop suitable market strategies and support local market expansion.

• Monitor business performance and market feedback, and develop action plans to achieve business targets.

• Take ownership of the market development process from market entry to channel establishment and business growth.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Development or Market Development.

• Experience in health & nutrition, supplements, consumer healthcare, FMCG, mother & baby or related industries will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of the Singapore market, with relevant experience or business exposure in Malaysia.

• Must have an established network of distributors, retailers, pharmacies, key accounts or relevant industry contacts in Singapore and/or Malaysia.

• Proven experience in offline channel development and market penetration.

• Strong track record in developing new markets and building distribution networks from the ground up.

• Strong business acumen, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Highly proactive, independent and results-oriented.

• Able to leverage existing resources and connections to generate actual business opportunities and partnerships.
