Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 2.00 PM – 10.00 PM
Saturday: 9.00 AM – 2.00 PM

Working Location : Bandar Kinrara, Puchong

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to parents, students, and prospective clients to promote all education programs offered by the company from time to time.

• Achieve individual and team KPIs set by management for call volume, engagement, and enrolments.

Make outbound calls to parents, students and potential customers.

Promote the company's education programmes.

Explain programme details, fees, schedules and benefits.

Follow up with interested customers and encourage registration.

Record calls, enquiries and registration status.

Achieve individual and team KPIs.

Assist with student registration, data entry and basic administration.

Coordinate with other teams for updated programme information.

Prepare basic telemarketing reports.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.
