Role Description The Electrical Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position oversees day-to-day electrical works at project sites, including planning, coordinating, and supervising installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems and equipment. The role involves monitoring work progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and local codes, and conducting regular site inspections and documentation. The supervisor will collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site personnel, manage site resources, and resolve technical and operational issues to keep projects on schedule. The role also includes preparing basic reports, supporting quality assurance activities, and participating in meetings to provide accurate updates on site status.
Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills to lead site teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in electrical maintenance and handling of electrical equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and support preventive maintenance at site.
• Solid understanding of electricity principles and applied electrical engineering practices relevant to building and industrial power distribution.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; professional certifications or licenses in electrical work are an advantage.
• Experience in site supervision for electrical works within residential, commercial, or industrial projects in Singapore.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards; strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities, and capability to work independently under time and resource constraints.
