We're Hiring: Service Desk Support (12 hrs rotational shift)!

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Service Desk Support professional to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a difference by supporting our users and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Location: Depot road, Singapore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Service Desk Support (12 hrs rotational shift)

What You'll Do:
️ Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
Document issues and solutions for future reference
Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary
Work on 12-hour rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or service desk roles
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a shift-based schedule
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools is a plus
Team player with a positive attitude toward customer service
