Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer / Video Producer (portfolio required)

• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)

• Knowledge or interest in Chinese culture, festivals, traditions, or media is preferred

• Creative mindset with good storytelling skills

• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics

• Ability to work independently and under deadlines

• Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin

Additional (Preferred)

• Experience creating content targeting Chinese audiences or Chinese-language media

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and audience engagement

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop video concepts and storyboards

• Ensure all videos align with brand identity and target audience preferences

• Manage video equipment, lighting, and audio setup for shoots

• Conduct post-production editing including color grading, motion graphics, and sound design

• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Stay updated on trends in video production and Chinese cultural content to create engaging materials
