Job Description

• Assist HOD/Pupil Management and SH/Pupil Management with student discipline matters.
• Conduct patrols within and outside the school during and after school hours.
• Follow up on disciplinary cases and conduct investigations.
• Manage student late-comers and maintain related records.
• Conduct detention and in-house suspension duties.
• Oversee Corrective Works Orders.
• Update student discipline, detention, attendance and late-coming records.
• Enter and update information in School Cockpit and other school systems.
• Support student programmes, including Smoking/Vaping Cessation and GEARUP.
• Accompany students for approved activities outside school.
• Analyse discipline offence trends and attendance/late-coming data.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with youths and/or handlingdiscipline matters.
• Minimum Diploma; relevant qualifications in Psychology, Early ChildhoodEducation, Counselling, etc. are advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to workwell in a team.
• Meticulous, organised and able to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
