Sales Promoter – Parkson Setia City Mall

Yani Bakhtiar Apparel Sdn Bhd is seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-focused Sales Promoters to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has a friendly and positive attitude, and is confident in introducing, explaining, and recommending products.

Successful candidates will be stationed at Parkson, Setia City Mall, Setia Alam.

Position: Full-Time Sales Promoter

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
• Introduce and promote products while maintaining a positive brand image
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently explain product features, benefits, and details
• Identify and understand customers' needs, preferences, and requirements
• Recommend suitable products based on each customer's needs
• Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive sales area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock and inventory management
• Prepare accurate daily sales reports and maintain proper sales records
• Ensure product prices, labels, and promotional information are accurate and up to date
• Support daily retail operations and other duties as required

Requirements

• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and regular retail hours
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic to good command of English is an added advantage
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
• Friendly, approachable, confident, and positive personality
• Enjoys meeting and communicating with customers
• Good product presentation and handling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in presenting products and making recommendations
• Good negotiation and sales skills
• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and committed to work
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
