Kerja Sepenuh Masa IT Support, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Wai Hong Brothers Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

3. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.  

4. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

5. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a plus.

To provide day-to-day technical support for computer systems, network infrastructure, and software used by office and project site staff. The IT Assistant ensures smooth functioning of all digital systems and helps resolve IT issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Technical Support

1. Provide first-level support for hardware, software, printer, and network issues.

2. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and Wi-Fi routers.

3. Support office and site staff in resolving basic IT issues, both remotely and in person.

2. System Maintenance

1. Assist in setting up new user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions.

2. Monitor and update antivirus software and ensure data protection practices are followed.

3. Conduct regular backups of important company data.

3. Asset & Inventory Management

1. Keep track of all IT equipment and maintain an updated inventory list.

2. Tag, record, and monitor the usage and condition of company laptops, projectors, and other tech tools.

3. Coordinate with vendors for repair or replacement when needed.

4. Software Support

1. Install and configure software such as Microsoft Office, accounting systems (e.g., SQL), and internal applications.

2. Ensure software licenses are up to date and properly managed.

5. IT Documentation

1. Maintain records of all IT support activities, equipment setups, and repairs.

2. Document standard procedures for IT usage and troubleshooting.
