Have min 3 years experience in Education and 1 Year experience in team management. 

Able to know to speak and write in Mandarin will be preferable

Possess min Degree in Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or related fields.

Prior experience in education center operations or customer service is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Friendly, proactive, and responsible personality.

Passionate about children and education.

Oversee the daily operations of the learning center to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Lead, manage, and support teachers and customer service staff.

Build good rapport and maintain professional communication with parents.

Handle class scheduling, student registration, and center administration.

Inform and coordinate with parents on replacement classes.

Follow up and remind parents on outstanding payments politely and professionally.

Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers for learning improvements.

Plan and execute marketingorpromotional activities for student enrollment.

Inform parents promptly about replacement classes, including class schedules, time, and venue updates.

Liaise with internal teams (e.g., admin, finance, teachers) to ensure accurate information is conveyed to parents.

Respond to parents' inquiries through calls, messages, or emails in a timely and helpful manner.

Maintain accurate records of communication and updates related to class changes and payment status.

Assist in general administrative support related to customer service activities.

Ensure the center environment is clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
