About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team and help manage and grow Comfori’s social media presence.

You’ll be involved in creating content, managing our social media platforms, and coming up with ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys social media, trends, content creation, and turning ideas into engaging posts.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain Comfori’s social media platforms

* Plan and create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, short-form videos, stories and other digital content

* Develop content ideas based on current social media trends, campaigns and company initiatives

* Write captions, copy and other social media content that aligns with Comfori’s brand voice

* Assist with content planning and maintaining a social media content calendar

* Assist in filming, editing and producing short-form videos and other visual content

* Monitor social media trends, audience engagement and relevant industry topics

* Respond to comments, messages and basic social media enquiries when required

* Track and report basic social media performance, including reach, engagement and follower growth

* Support marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities

* Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to create content that showcases Comfori’s workplace, people, programmes and opportunities

* Perform other marketing and social media-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media or a related field

* Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing

* Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Threads

* Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with different content ideas

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation/editing tools is an advantage

* Comfortable appearing in videos or assisting with video content is an advantage

* Able to work independently while also collaborating with the team

* Good understanding of current social media trends and online culture
