About iCookAsia Digital

iCookAsia Digital is a food marketing agency in Malaysia, bringing food content, social media, creator campaigns, video production and food media together in one team for F&B brands.

About the role

Own a set of food brand accounts end to end: understand the client, plan the content, get it made by our Content team, and deliver results they can see.

What you will do

  • Be the day-to-day contact for your clients
  • Plan content strategy and the monthly content calendar for each account
  • Brief our Content team clearly and review the work against the brief
  • Manage client approvals, publishing and community management
  • Deliver a monthly performance report with numbers, insights and next ideas
  • Own account performance, working with our performance lead on paid media
  • Spot opportunities to do more for each client

What we are looking for

  • 1–3 years in an agency or brand social media role; strong fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome
  • Very responsive with clients: you reply fast, keep them informed and never leave a message hanging. This is the main criterion
  • Organised and reliable: calendars and reports go out on time
  • A clear writer, comfortable presenting to clients
  • Understands what makes social content perform
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Food or FMCG experience is a plus

Working arrangement

Full-time or part-time/freelance, hybrid. We are flexible on hours as long as your accounts are well managed and you are responsive to clients. Client meetings happen occasionally, at the client's office or ours in Petaling Jaya, and you will attend team meetings.

  • Full-time: RM2,200–3,000 per month
  • Part-time/freelance: retainer per account, open to discussion
