Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 + Commission

Commission: RM1,000 – RM5,000+

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing recruitment team.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve individual recruitment targets and placement KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and hiring activities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Management, Communications, or related fields is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Target-driven and motivated to earn attractive commissions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
