About the Roles

Join as an M&E Coordinator based at project sites within the Building Construction industry. This is a permanent position working 5.5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 1:00pm. The role offers Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings in line with project requirements.
  • Compile material Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and coordinate material submissions.
  • Track drawings, materials, and related documents to ensure timely submission.
  • Coordinate combined services drawings and M&E works with main contractors, other trade contractors, and project teams.
  • Review drawings and address coordination clashes, site issues, and complaints.
  • Plan and coordinate daily site activities according to project schedules.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings and schedules.
  • Attend project and coordination meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, submissions, and project documentation.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Familiarity with M&E services coordination, combined services drawings, and material BOQ preparation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

  • M&E Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)

  • permanent working rights with no restrictions in singapore (Preferred)
