Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist the Head Chef and senior kitchen team in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene.
• Manage mise en place and food preparation for daily service.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient kitchen service during busy operating hours.

Requirements

• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior kitchen experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates from culinary schools are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Western, Asian, local, or fusion cuisine are welcome.

Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,000+ (commensurate with experience and position)
