Your responsibilities include:

• Conceptualise architectural designs and conduct feasibility studies to evaluate design options against project requirements, site conditions and planning parameters.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, drawings, 3D visualisations and renderings, to communicate design intent effectively.
• Develop and refine architectural designs through schematic design and design development stages.
• Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants and internal project teams, and participate in design meetings to align design solutions with project objectives and requirements.
• Explore design alternatives, materials, finishes, spatial planning and building forms to achieve creative and practical design outcomes.
• Translate design concepts into architectural drawings and documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable Singapore building regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants to integrate technical requirements while maintaining the overall design intent.
• Keep abreast of architectural design trends, materials, technologies and sustainable design practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Min. 2–4 years of relevant workingexperience
• Fresh grads with internship experience may be considered
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness tolearn, self-motivation
• Be a team player
• Possesses strong creativity, critical thinking, andproblem-solving abilities
• Proficient in CAD, 3D modelling, rendering, and AItools (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Forma, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, AIrender prompting, etc)
• Preferably experience with tender documentation
• Interest in exploring AI tools (eg MCP integration) will be a bonus
• Candidate who have more experience will be considered for a senior role
• Candidate who are not a QP will be offered as Executive (Architectural)
