About the Roles

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a wholesale company based in Tai Seng. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM), offering a basic salary and variable bonus (VB). The role involves maintaining building systems and equipment across residential and commercial properties to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and resolve faults in building systems and equipment, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, lighting and generators.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to maintain equipment safety and operational reliability.
• Attend to maintenance requests, equipment breakdowns and feedback from users in a timely manner.
• Inspect building systems to detect and report defects, equipment faults and abnormal operating conditions.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to arrange repairs, servicing and maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records and reports from contractors and vendors.
• Track and replenish spare parts, tools and maintenance supplies to support daily operations.
• Assist with maintenance and repair works across the company's properties.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Practical experience in basic electrical maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems and general building services will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently between residential and commercial properties to perform maintenance and repair works.
