The DKD Group, an Anytime Fitness franchise operator in Singapore, is looking for
highly motivated, sales-driven and experienced Senior Personal Trainers
to join our growing team.
We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in personal training sales, client retention and coaching excellence. As a Senior Personal Trainer, you will be expected to lead by example, consistently achieve performance targets, develop fellow trainers and support the club's overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Personal Training Sales & Business Development
Proactively generate leads, conduct consultations and convert prospects into PT clients.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual PT sales and performance targets.
Identify opportunities to grow and maintain a sustainable PT client base.
Drive client renewals and maximise long-term PT revenue.
2. Client Management & Retention
Deliver high-quality, personalised training programmes with measurable client results.
Maintain strong client relationships, consistent training frequency and high retention rates.
Monitor client progress and proactively manage renewals and client satisfaction.
3. Leadership, Staff Training & Sales Development
Lead by example in sales performance, coaching standards and professionalism.
Mentor junior Personal Trainers in sales techniques, client management and training delivery.
Train and coach club staff on Point-of-Sale (POS) engagement, PT discovery and sales techniques to improve PT attachment and conversion rates.
Conduct regular roleplay and practical coaching sessions to strengthen staff confidence in introducing and recommending PT services.
Collaborate with Club Management to implement effective POS sales strategies and drive PT conversion performance.
Support club-wide PT initiatives and contribute to a results-driven team culture.
4. Club Operations & Member Engagement
Maintain gym cleanliness, hygiene, equipment organisation and general housekeeping standards.
Actively engage members and provide excellent customer service.
Support membership sales, club promotions and ad-hoc sales initiatives when required.
Assist with daily club operations and other duties assigned by Club Management.
5. Performance & Accountability
Take ownership of individual sales targets, PT sessions conducted and client retention.
Maintain accurate records of PT sales, client progress and performance activities.
Monitor POS PT opportunities and conversion outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
Support the achievement of overall club PT sales and performance objectives.
Requirements
Recognised Personal Training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent).
Relevant personal training experience with a strong track record in PT sales and client retention.
Highly sales-driven, self-motivated and committed to achieving targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Ability to mentor, train and positively influence fellow trainers and club staff.
Good understanding of sales discovery, objection handling and conversion techniques.
Proactive, resilient and accountable for individual and team performance.
Willingness to support club operations and contribute beyond individual PT responsibilities.
