Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to develop and execute change management activities in support of a major organisational transformation. The role will focus on employee engagement, communications and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the change management plan, including key activities, timelines and deliverables.

· Assess the impact of changes on employees, processes and ways of working.

· Develop and coordinate employee communications, FAQs, townhalls and engagement activities.

· Work closely with HR, Communications and business teams to ensure alignment and readiness.

· Identify training and awareness needs and coordinate relevant activities.

· Monitor progress, identify risks and provide regular updates to management.

· Support employee adoption of changes and address concerns throughout the transition.

Job Requirements

· 8-12 years of relevant experience in change management, business transformation or project management.

· Proven experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.

· Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently and engage effectively with senior management.

· Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

· Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.

· Change management certification is an advantage.
