Minimum SPM qualification; a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.

Proficient in Mandarin and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

Basic proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia for daily workplace communication.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.

Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior administrative experience is an advantage.

Perform daily administrative duties, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents when required.

Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, deliveries, and internal schedules.

Maintain accurate records of company documents, transactions, and customer information.

Liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and business partners to facilitate smooth communication.

Provide general administrative support to different departments as required.

Ensure daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Upload and share product images online, and send product information and images to customers.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
