Responsibilities
:
Preparation of periodic projected cash flow analysis reports, project costing reports and work in progress reports
Managing claims submission to government, e-filing of claims, tax clearance and etc
Maintenance of company register file
Manage end-to-end recruitment process and perform hiring process
Maintenance of personal data files and leave records for staff
Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance, accounting and HR policies
Other duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in similar role. Prior working experience in an SME Construction environment would be an added advantage
Familiar with MYOB software
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
Hardworking, organized, able to work independently and take ownership and responsibility over tasks
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience
