Kerja Sepenuh Masa Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Ascent Family Holding Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of school buildings, facilities, fixtures, furniture and equipment.
• Perform plumbing, lighting, carpentry, painting, door and lock repairs, installation and other general maintenance tasks.
• Inspect school premises regularly, identify maintenance needs and take timely action to address defects and safety hazards.
• Attend to assigned maintenance requests promptly and follow through until completion.
• Monitor and maintain air-conditioning units, water supply systems, pumps and other building equipment.
• Where work requires specialist qualifications, authorisation or equipment, promptly inform the supervisor, assist with contractor arrangements and follow up until the issue is resolved.
• Perform moving, assembling and arranging furniture, materials and equipment for daily operations, school events and improvement works.
• Prepare and restore venues before and after school activities, including setting up and dismantling equipment.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, supplies and maintenance storage areas in a safe and organised condition.
• Keep accurate records of report, inspections, repairs and servicing, and update the supervisor on progress and outstanding work.
• Follow safety procedures, secure work areas and ensure completed work is safe for use.
• Support the maintenance team and other departments with operational tasks as required.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant technical or vocational qualifications are preferred.
• Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical maintenance, carpentry and general repairs.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Able to carry out physical maintenance tasks and respond to urgent issues。
• Willing to work in a school and corporate environment and comply with school and company safety and safeguarding procedures.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
