Overall Job Responsibility

As a Senior Manager, HRM, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous enhancement of our Human Resource Management System (HRMS), while strengthening the organisation’s HR data management, analytics and reporting capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

HRMS Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end planning, development, implementation and enhancement of the organisation’s HRMS by partnering closely with the vendor(s) to carry out required activities from requirement gathering and configuration to testing, data migration, deployment, end user training and change management
• Gather business requirements and translate HR operational needs into functional and technical system specifications
• Propose process improvements to streamline or automate HR processes to enhance employee experience
• Evaluate HR technology solutions and work with internal IT team, vendors on system design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment.
• Establish system governance, user access controls, documentation and maintenance procedures.
• Drive system adoption through change management, user training, and stakeholder engagement.
  
  

HR Data Analytics

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR data management framework to ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity and accessibility
• Identify trends and insights from HR data and HR best practices to inform policy and process improvements
• Conduct research, environmental scans and data analysis to identify gaps, trends and opportunities in the HR domain.
• Work with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to collect, clean, validate, reconcile and maintain HR data from internal and external sources.
• Support the review and enhancement of HR data systems, data governance processes and reporting workflows.
• Work with HR stakeholders and senior management to translate business questions into meaningful data analysis and insights.

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Statisticsor related fields
• At least 6 years of experience in HR operations and HR transformation
• Proven experience in implementing HRM system(s), preferably involving end-to-end project management
• Relevant experience and comfortable working on HR research, data and analytics will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and communication skills
• Meticulous, adaptable and able to exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and embrace new workflows and improvements
