About the Role

As a Specialist, SAP Materials Management (MM), you are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of SAP MM application solutions that support DKSH's Information Technology (IT) SAP Applications architecture. In this role, you play a key part in facilitating the effective implementation and ongoing support of SAP MM, ensuring high service levels that keep business operations running reliably and efficiently.

What You Will Deliver

• Support senior team members in managing day-to-day application support and project-related activities, contributing to consistent and effective operational delivery.
• Develop SAP MM application solutions in alignment with architectural blueprint designs and established Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) Applications architecture standards.
• Adhere to best practices, procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements governing SAP application architecture across the organization.
• Design application solutions that address technical, business process, and operational requirements, fully aligned to defined SAP Applications standards and frameworks.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into well-structured SAP MM application solutions that cover technical design, business processes, and operations.
• Research and evaluate SAP application architecture designs and emerging technologies, providing informed recommendations where opportunities arise.
• Maintain and share documentation covering SAP application design, development, and deployment procedures to support knowledge continuity and team capability.
• Share best practices with cross-functional teams on SAP Applications design, development, processes, and policies to promote consistency and adherence across the organization.
• Support the resolution of SAP Applications issues and escalate complex matters in a timely manner to maintain high levels of user satisfaction and service continuity.
• Establish clear communication on user needs and priorities to ensure the right issues are addressed effectively and promptly.
• Ensure service level adherence across all supported applications and maintain accountability for delivery quality.
• Work self-directed and independently, and act as a subject matter mentor to more junior team members, sharing knowledge and strengthening team capability.
• Operate effectively in an Agile environment, managing multiple initiatives in parallel while maintaining consistent delivery standards.
• Drive continuous self-learning and professional improvement in SAP Applications as part of an ongoing commitment to personal growth and organizational excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementation as well as application support projects. Experience in a Supply Chain or distribution company is an asset.
• Demonstrated SAP Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience across relevant modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).
• Basic knowledge of SAP integration frameworks and methodologies.
• Understanding of accounting business processes and their relationship to SAP application design and configuration.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timeliness.
• Ability to understand and assess business processes from a customer perspective, ensuring solutions are user-centric and fit for purpose.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to interact effectively within cross-functional team environments and across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Results-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness when navigating challenges and setbacks.
• Current awareness of the latest technologies and developments within the SAP and supply chain domain.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in local language is an advantage.
