Job Description
Ensure smooth & efficient daily kitchen operations, food preparations and implementation of new menu.
Prepare / cook dishes according to cafe's standards of quality control, recipes, cooking techniques and food presentation to the guests.
Ensure food storage, handling and hygiene are in accordance with NEA regulations and standards.
Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and in good working conditions.
Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
Maintain proper and sufficient stock of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment within company's guidelines for smooth running of daily operations.
Maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues and continual improvement through guests' feedback.
Support safe work habits and environment at all times.
Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.
Job Requirements
Preferably with 2 years' relevant experience
Minimum secondary school education with a valid WSQ food safety & hygiene certificate
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Able to work independently and support other team members proactively in a fast-paced environment
