Core Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and secure high-mix OEM/ODM manufacturing accounts across Singapore and APAC, targeting companies with outsourcing, supplier consolidation, or production transfer requirements.
• Position and sell complete end-to-end capabilities across the manufacturing chain, including DFM, PCBA, mechanical box-build, system integration, and testing.
• Manage the quotation lifecycle from inquiry to award—collaborating internally to price BOM, tooling, NRE, and labor costs while defending gross margins.
• Spearhead New Product Introductions (NPI) and factory transfers, coordinating with Engineering and Operations to ensure seamless ramp-up from prototype to mass production.
• Deepen engagement within key accounts through multi-level stakeholder mapping, upselling board-level contracts into full turnkey systems and recurring manufacturing programs.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within electronics manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor equipment, or industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain mechanics, BOM costing structures, and gross margin optimization.
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing multi-stage manufacturing contracts with global OEMs.
