About The Job.

In this dynamic role, you will champion the conceptualisation and commercial delivery of bespoke warehouse engineering solutions for key corporate partnerships.

• Partner with commercial stakeholders during proposal stages to translate technical operational briefs into commercially sound storage and handling concepts.
• Design tailored warehousing architectures, evaluating automated systems, robotics, and material handling infrastructure to optimise operational capacity.
• Construct robust pricing models and cost projections to ensure competitive, commercially viable customer tender submissions.
• Facilitate seamless transition plans alongside project implementation teams while maintaining governance over initial cost parameters and baseline budgets.
• Champion regional re-engineering initiatives to drive process efficiency, modernise warehouse workflows, and elevate overall service standards.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in warehouse solution design, contract logistics engineering, or supply chain optimisation.
• Strong capability in facility layout design using computer-aided design software, alongside advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modelling and project planning applications.
• Competence in data modelling to convert complex supply chain datasets into pragmatic commercial recommendations.
• Practical stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to navigate cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively across multicultural environments.
