Role Description

The Clinic Sales Manager at Dr Avora Clinic is responsible for driving clinic revenue growth and ensuring strong sales performance while maintaining efficient daily operations. This role focuses on maximizing conversion, increasing average transaction value (AOV), and improving overall clinic productivity.

The position plays a critical role in leading the team to achieve sales targets through strong execution, customer engagement, and performance management, while ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and compliance with medical and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive clinic revenue growth and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including Booking CVR, Show-up Rate, TRX Rate, and AOV
• Lead, coach, and develop Beauty Consultants to strengthen sales performance and productivity
• Optimize consultation-to-sales conversion through effective upselling, cross-selling, and package sales strategies
• Analyze sales performance data and implement actionable improvement plans
• Enhance patient experience to increase retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with marketing and telemarketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Identify revenue leakage and implement solutions to maximize business performance
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and regulatory compliance
• Manage manpower planning, inventory control, administrative reporting, and overall clinic readiness
